Updating the email address your invoices and receipts are sent to is fairly simple.
Step 1: Open the app in your BigCommerce store admin
If you do not see the app listed, your BigCommerce login may not have access. Please see the solution article: Can I grant access to the app to other store users?
Step 2: In the app go to the Account -> Billing page
Step 3: Scroll down to the Billing Email Address Section
