How do I uninstall the app from my store?

Uninstalling apps is controlled by the BigCommerce store admin.

Step 1: Open the apps section in your store admin

Step 2: Select My Apps in the menu

Step 3: Click the Uninstall link in the app card

Clicking on the Uninstall link will remove the app from your store.

If the intention is to permanently uninstall the app (not just temporarily for testing/debugging another issue) please open the app first and click the close Cancel Subscription button on the Account -> Billing page.
