How do I close/cancel my account?

To close your account, navigate to the Account -> Billing page of the app and click the Cancel Subscription button.




The account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be processed.


When you are no longer using the app, please also uninstall it from your store. Uninstalling apps can not be done externally by third parties, it has to be done via the store admin with a user with store owner permissions. Solution Article: How do I uninstall the app from my store?
