I'm receiving an error when trying to install the app

There is an issue with authentication token cache in the BigCommerce system when an user login has access to multiple accounts. Installation fails due to token for the wrong account gets passed into the app install system (the install process never actually reaches our system)


The simple fix is to logout from the BigCommerce admin and login again. This seems to clear the cache and the correct token then gets used.
