How to install InStockNotify into your store

step-by-step guide

Step 1: Go to the BigCommerce Marketplace

Open the InStockNotify app in the BigCommerce Marketplace

Step 2: Click Get This App

Step 3: Click the Install button

You will be prompted to login to your BigCommerce account if not already logged in.

Step 4: Confirm the permissions

Step 5: Review the app settings

In this step you go through the configuration wizard to review and change some of the settings.

Step 6: Installation is complete!

That's it.  The app is now fully configured and running in your storefront. 

You should now be able to see the registration form displaying in your store products that are out of stock.

Some store themes have recently been making a large part of the page not visible when a product is out of stock. This can make the registration form not visible also. If your theme is doing this, simply create a support ticket with a link to an out of stock product and we can make adjustments to move the form a bit to avoid the hidden part of the page.
