Is the app compatible with variant/option grids?

There recently been a few new apps added into the BigCommerce marketplace that will customize the product page to display variants of a product in a grid system to bulk add variants into a shopping cart. (These grids are most typically used on stores that sell wholesale.)

Unfortunately because these are custom apps, our app is not compatible with them. The InStockNotify app is based on the customer being able to select a single variant, and it will check the inventory status each time the variant is changed and display the form when the selected variant is out of stock.  With variant grids, there no way to select an individual variant like with the standard dropdowns.
