Instructions to add a logo to your email template

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Determine the logo URL
Step 2: Open the email template editor
Step 3: Insert an image

Step 1: Determine the logo URL

To find the logo URL, open your store in web browser (we usually use chrome for this) and right click on our store logo and select open image in a new tab.

The URL that is needed will now be visible in the URL bar of the browser.

Step 2: Edit the email template in the app

Settings -> Templates and select the template you want to edit

Step 3: Select Insert Image from the toolbar

When the image properties box opens use the logo URL from step 1 in as the Source:
